Bisexuality is romantic attraction, sexual attraction, or sexual behavior toward both males and females, or to more than one sex or gender.
Term ‘Bisexual’ can be used for people who are sexually attracted to people from more than one gender. They can be Homosexual and Heterosexual as well, at the same time. Though initially this term was used for people who’re cis and were attracted to both sex, male and female but in the modern society a bisexual person can be in relation with Trans or intersex people as well. Men, women, trans or intersex anyone can identify themselves as a ‘Bi’ they’re also called as Fluid, Queer or Pansexual.

No, it is possible that you may like many men, and just one woman, or vice versa. There is no adequate distribution that qualifies you as bisexual.
