Providing support in a healthy way requires a balanced and mindful approach — giving support is part of most relationships, however it needs to be done in a way that doesn’t harm yourself or the other person… and that becomes even more complicated if you yourself are dealing with challenges like anxiety or depression, because that’s when you need to be extra-careful to ensure that you’re taking care of yourself and not giving in an unhealthy way. This week: what healthy support for others looks like, why being mindful about supporting others matters, and how to support other people in a healthy way. So, let’s talk about mental health!
