Debra Bass is a growth-oriented business and team leader who has built iconic brands at some of the world’s most admired Fortune 50 companies. Debra is currently President of the United States and Global CMO at Nuvo Group, an emerging leader in maternal-fetal health with a bold ambition to reinvent pregnancy care for the 21st century with new technology, tools, and practices that give every life a better beginning. Before joining Nuvo, Debra spent 15 years at Johnson & Johnson (J&J) Companies in a variety of commercial leadership roles, including President, Global Marketing Services at J&J Consumer Companies. Before joining J&J, Debra gained general and brand management training at Procter & Gamble, working on iconic brands such as Tide detergent and Cover Girl Cosmetics. Throughout her career, Debra has been committed to advancing women’s leadership. Debra holds a B.A. in Public Policy from Duke University and an M.B.A. in General Management from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.
