Self Care

Are you the person that looks at yourself in the mirror and find every reason why something is not right on your body? Let me tell you and confirm that you are a beautiful being, perfect and complete the way you are. God has made you in his image and he does not make any mistakes. God has not indicated anywhere in scripture that a human body needs to be a certain shape, look, colour or way. Embrace the beautiful body that houses your soul.

You have a purpose to fulfil. The journey may or may not be as you envisioned, but you do have an obligation to yourself to live your best life. Did you know the second natural instinct as a human is sex with the first being survival of course.

Have you given thought to how your image of yourself often leads you to regrets in the bedroom? In this post I would like to make you realise what a precious gift you are and you have so much hidden within you ready to be unwrapped like a gift. Are you ready for this transformation? There is no quick fix, it is a journey that I am willing to take you on, if you will indulge me.

Each of us have it within us to change the perceptions we have of ourselves. What are perceptions? Perceptions in the context of this post are pre-conceived ideas of how we see ourselves and how others see us. The most important version of that is how we see ourselves.

Through this process, self-care is of utmost importance. Taking care of and loving every inch of your beautiful self from head to toe. Loving yourself starts with pampering yourself, and giving each part of your beautiful body a positive message. It is always a treat when you can spend a day at a spa, but if that is not within your budget or you just don’t have the time to do so, why not create that environment at home? Nothing is stopping you. You will find there are many products from your kitchen that can be used to pamper and indulge your beautiful self in.
