To get to know Ellen Rae Apple better: I’m Ellen, a nurse midwife student. I have been a maternal child nurse for 8 years. I am also aSANE nurse (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner), Certified Lactation Counselor, Perinatal Fitness Specialist, Pilates and Barre instructor, have a bachelor’s in fine arts. Also a licensed massage therapist, and have a business training rural health nurses the fundamentals of maternal child nursing care.
