Lesbian refers to romantic and sexual feelings between women.
A Lesbian woman is the one who is emotionally, romantically and sexually attracted to another woman or women. Women who identify themselves as Lesbians would only be attracted to females and no other gender. A Trans female or someone with intersex genitalia can also identify herself as Lesbian.
